Description

A quick and easy air fryer panini sandwich recipe that delivers crispy bread and melted fillings.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (sourdough or ciabatta recommended)
  • 2 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss)
  • 2 slices of deli meat (turkey, ham, or chicken)
  • 1 tbsp butter (softened)
  • 1 tsp mustard or mayo (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sliced vegetables (tomatoes, onions, or bell peppers, optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  3. Layer cheese, deli meat, and optional vegetables on the unbuttered side of one bread slice.
  4. Top with the second bread slice, buttered side facing out.
  5. Place the sandwich in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove, let cool slightly, and serve.
