Ingredients
- 1 pound gnocchi
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place gnocchi in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the gnocchi and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.
