Description
A quick and easy peach cobbler made in the air fryer with fresh peaches and a buttery topping.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix peaches with 1/4 cup sugar and set aside.
- Combine flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Stir in milk and melted butter until smooth.
- Pour batter into an air fryer-safe dish.
- Spoon peaches over the batter.
- Air fry for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
