Description
A refreshing and easy-to-make peach sorbet using an air fryer for a quick frozen treat.
Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place peach slices in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until soft.
- Let peaches cool slightly, then blend with sugar, lemon juice, and water until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for 4-6 hours, stirring every hour.
- Serve chilled.
