Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, red pepper flakes, and olive oil.
- Toss chicken pieces in the peanut mixture until fully coated.
- Coat chicken with breadcrumbs.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
- Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray chicken lightly with oil before air frying.
- Use almond butter for a nut-free version.
- Check internal temperature of chicken—it should reach 165°F (74°C).
