Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, red pepper flakes, and olive oil.
  3. Toss chicken pieces in the peanut mixture until fully coated.
  4. Coat chicken with breadcrumbs.
