Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Press the pie crust into a greased pie dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and salt.
  4. Stir in chopped pecans.
  5. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
  6. Place the pie dish in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 30-35 minutes until the filling is set.
  8. Let cool before slicing.
