Description
A quick and easy pecan pie made in the air fryer with a crispy crust and gooey filling.
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Press the pie crust into a greased pie dish.
- In a bowl, mix eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and salt.
- Stir in chopped pecans.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust.
- Place the pie dish in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 30-35 minutes until the filling is set.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use a pie dish that fits in your air fryer.
- Check for doneness by inserting a knife—it should come out clean.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
