Description
A quick and easy air fryer mug cake with the flavors of peppermint and mocha.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/2 tsp instant coffee granules
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, oil, peppermint extract, and instant coffee. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Place the mug in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Use a microwave-safe mug that fits in your air fryer.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Top with whipped cream or extra chocolate chips if desired.
