Description

Crispy air fryer pineapple bites with high protein. A quick and healthy snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1/2 cup crushed nuts (almonds or walnuts)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Mix Greek yogurt and protein powder in a bowl.
  2. Coat pineapple chunks in the yogurt mixture.
  3. Roll them in crushed nuts and cinnamon.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place pineapple bites in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
