Description
Crispy air fryer pineapple bites with high protein. A quick and healthy snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1/2 cup crushed nuts (almonds or walnuts)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix Greek yogurt and protein powder in a bowl.
- Coat pineapple chunks in the yogurt mixture.
- Roll them in crushed nuts and cinnamon.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place pineapple bites in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe pineapple for sweetness.
- Adjust protein powder to taste.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
