Description
Crispy and sweet air fryer pineapple bites wrapped in puff pastry. A quick and easy dessert or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or canned
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a pineapple chunk in the center of each square.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Fold the pastry over the pineapple and seal edges.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Use fresh pineapple for better texture.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Serve warm for best flavor.
