Make quick air fryer pizza pockets filled with cheese using simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll each biscuit flat on a floured surface.
- Place a spoonful of pizza sauce and cheese in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush each pocket with olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- Use pre-shredded cheese for convenience.
- Check pockets after 8 minutes to prevent burning.
