Description
Crispy and delicious popcorn chicken made easily in an air fryer. Perfect for a quick snack or meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs, flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip chicken pieces in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, lightly spray the chicken with oil before cooking.
- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket.
