Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin (1 to 1.5 lbs)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
- Rub the pork with olive oil.
- Mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme in a small bowl.
- Coat the pork evenly with the spice mix.
- Place the pork in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
