Description

Crispy homemade potato chips made easily in your air fryer with minimal oil.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)


Instructions

  1. Wash and thinly slice the potatoes using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  2. Soak the slices in cold water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch.
  3. Pat the slices dry with a paper towel.
  4. Toss the slices with olive oil, salt, and optional spices.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  8. Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
