Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into wedges.
- Toss wedges with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Sprinkle cheese and bacon bits on top.
- Air fry for 2 more minutes to melt cheese.
- Top with green onions and sour cream.
