Description
Crispy seasoned potato wedges made in an air fryer, perfect as a snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the potatoes into wedges.
- Toss the wedges with olive oil and seasonings.
- Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
