Description

Crispy homemade pretzels made easily in your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup baking soda
  • 4 cups water
  • Coarse salt (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour and salt. Knead until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  4. Divide dough into 8 pieces. Roll into ropes and shape into pretzels.
  5. Boil water and baking soda. Dip each pretzel for 30 seconds.
  6. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle coarse salt.
  7. Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.
