Quick and easy protein brownies made in an air fryer, perfect for a healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until combined.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
- Air fry for 10 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.
