Delicious protein brownies made in an air fryer for a quick and healthy comfort food treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix protein powder, almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add maple syrup, almond milk, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased baking dish that fits in your air fryer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use sugar-free chocolate chips for lower sugar content.
- Check brownies at 15 minutes to avoid overcooking.
