Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Mix protein powder, almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. Add maple syrup, almond milk, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  4. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into a greased baking dish that fits in your air fryer.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before slicing.
