Delicious gooey protein brownies made in the air fryer for a quick and healthy treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add almond butter, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased baking dish that fits in the air fryer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes or until edges are set but center is still gooey.
- Let cool slightly before slicing.
Notes
- Use a toothpick to check doneness—it should come out with a few crumbs.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra richness, drizzle melted chocolate on top.
