Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add almond butter, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into a greased baking dish that fits in the air fryer.
  6. Air fry for 12-15 minutes or until edges are set but center is still gooey.
