Description
Healthy protein brownies made in an air fryer. A quick, guilt-free dessert option packed with protein.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder (chocolate flavor)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour batter into a greased baking dish that fits your air fryer.
- Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 12-15 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use a toothpick to check if brownies are done.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
