Description

Make delicious protein brownies at home using an air fryer. These brownies are rich, fudgy, and packed with protein for a healthier treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix protein powder, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add honey, applesauce, almond milk, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan that fits in your air fryer.
  6. Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before slicing.

Notes

  • Use a toothpick to check if the brownies are done.
