Description
Delicious and healthy protein brownies made in an air fryer, perfect for kids.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup mashed banana
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix oat flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add mashed banana, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan that fits in the air fryer.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use a toothpick to check if brownies are done.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more honey if needed.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
