Description

Delicious and healthy protein brownies made in an air fryer, perfect for kids.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup mashed banana
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Mix oat flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. Add mashed banana, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  4. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into a greased baking pan that fits in the air fryer.
  6. Cook for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before slicing.
