A delicious low-calorie protein brownie recipe made in an air fryer. Perfect for a healthy dessert or snack.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and mix well.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
- Place pan in air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick for doneness.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use a 6-inch round pan for best results.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
