Easy and healthy air fryer protein brownies made without an oven.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder (chocolate flavor)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sweetener (like erythritol)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased air fryer-safe pan.
- Air fry at 320°F for 12-15 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use a toothpick to check doneness.
- Adjust sweetener to taste.
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
