  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup sweetener (like erythritol)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into a greased air fryer-safe pan.
