Delicious protein brownies made in an air fryer, perfect for parties and desserts.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sweetener
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.

- Use a protein powder of your choice.
- Adjust sweetener to taste.
- Check doneness at 15 minutes.
