Description
A quick and easy single-serve protein brownie made in an air fryer. Perfect for a healthy dessert or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop (30g) chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp (8g) cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp (15ml) almond milk
- 1 tbsp (15g) nut butter
- 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp (1g) baking powder
- 1 tsp (5g) sweetener (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
- Pour into a greased ramekin or small oven-safe dish.
- Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before eating.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- For fudgier texture, reduce cook time by 1-2 minutes.
- Top with yogurt or berries if desired.
