A quick and easy small batch protein brownie recipe made in an air fryer for a healthy dessert option.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until combined.
- Pour batter into a greased small baking dish.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until set.
- Let cool before slicing.

- Check doneness with a toothpick.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
