Air fryer protein brownies with a soft center, perfect for a healthy dessert or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add maple syrup, almond milk, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased baking dish that fits in your air fryer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are set but the center is soft.
- Cool for 5 minutes before cutting.
Notes
- Check brownies early to avoid overcooking.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra richness, add a tablespoon of nut butter.
