A quick and healthy winter dessert made in the air fryer, packed with protein and perfect for satisfying sweet cravings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (chocolate flavor)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add honey, almond butter, almond milk, vanilla extract, and egg. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish that fits in the air fryer.
  5. Cook for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool, then cut into squares and serve.
