A quick and healthy winter dessert made in the air fryer, packed with protein and perfect for satisfying sweet cravings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup protein powder (chocolate flavor)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add honey, almond butter, almond milk, vanilla extract, and egg. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish that fits in the air fryer.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool, then cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra fudginess, underbake slightly.
- Top with Greek yogurt or nut butter for added protein.
