Description
Delicious protein brownies made with crescent rolls in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 can crescent roll dough
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Roll out crescent dough and press into a baking pan.
- Mix protein powder, almond milk, cocoa powder, and sweetener.
- Spread mixture over the dough.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.

- Adjust sweetness to your taste.
