Description
Easy air fryer protein brownies made with puff pastry for a quick, healthy dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out puff pastry sheet and cut into squares.
- Mix protein powder, cocoa powder, honey, almond milk, egg, vanilla, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Spread the brownie mixture over the puff pastry squares.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top (optional).
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until the edges are crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
