Description
Quick and easy protein donuts made in the air fryer in just 10 minutes. Perfect for a healthy snack or post-workout treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix oat flour, protein powder, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add almond milk, egg, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased donut mold.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use a piping bag for easier filling of the donut mold.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
