Easy and healthy protein donuts made in the air fryer with just 5 simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour (120g)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (30g)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce (60g)
- 1/4 cup almond milk (60ml)
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour batter into greased donut molds.
- Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool before removing from molds.
- Enjoy plain or with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For best results, use silicone donut molds.
- Adjust sweetness by adding honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
