Description
Quick and easy protein donuts made in an air fryer in just 5 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp sugar-free syrup
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased donut mold.
- Air fry at 350°F for 5 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use a silicone donut mold for easy removal.
- Adjust sweetness with extra syrup if needed.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
