Delicious protein donuts made in an air fryer for a healthier comfort food option.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Spray donut pan with cooking spray.
- Pour batter into donut pan, filling halfway.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use a piping bag for easier batter transfer.
- Check doneness with a toothpick.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
