Description
Make delicious air fryer protein donuts with a gooey center. These donuts are easy to prepare and packed with protein.
Ingredients
- 1 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup sweetener (erythritol or stevia)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips (for filling)
Instructions
- Mix protein powder, almond flour, sweetener, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add almond milk, egg, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Grease a donut mold with coconut oil.
- Fill each mold halfway, then add a few chocolate chips in the center.
- Cover with more batter.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Place the mold in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool before removing from the mold.
Notes
- Use a toothpick to check if the donuts are done.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra flavor, drizzle melted sugar-free chocolate on top.
