Description

Make delicious air fryer protein donuts with a gooey center. These donuts are easy to prepare and packed with protein.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup sweetener (erythritol or stevia)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips (for filling)


Instructions

  1. Mix protein powder, almond flour, sweetener, and baking powder in a bowl.
  2. Add almond milk, egg, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  3. Grease a donut mold with coconut oil.
  4. Fill each mold halfway, then add a few chocolate chips in the center.
  5. Cover with more batter.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  7. Place the mold in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  8. Let cool before removing from the mold.

Notes

  • Use a toothpick to check if the donuts are done.
