Description

Healthy protein donuts made in an air fryer for a quick, nutritious snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Mix oat flour, protein powder, and baking powder in a bowl.
  2. Add almond milk, egg, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into donut molds.
  4. Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Use silicone donut molds for easy removal.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
