Description
Make high-protein donuts quickly using your air fryer. These donuts are perfect for a post-workout snack or a healthy dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix oat flour, protein powder, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add Greek yogurt, egg, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into a donut mold.
- Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool before removing from the mold.
Notes
- Use a piping bag for easier batter transfer.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
