Description

Easy and healthy protein donuts made in an air fryer, perfect for kids.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into greased donut molds.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  6. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Use silicone donut molds for easy removal.
  • Adjust sweetness with more or less honey.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
