Description
A quick and easy single-serve protein donut recipe made in an air fryer. Perfect for a healthy snack or breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased donut mold.
- Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool before removing from the mold.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness with more or less honey.
- Use any protein powder you prefer.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
