Description
Soft and protein-packed donuts made in an air fryer with a tender center.
Ingredients
- 1 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup sweetener
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Spoon batter into greased donut molds.
- Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
