Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • Pink food coloring (optional)
  • Sugar-free glaze or sprinkles (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add almond milk, egg, honey, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil. Stir until smooth.
  4. Add pink food coloring if desired.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased donut mold or shape into donuts.
  6. Place the donuts in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Let them cool before adding glaze or sprinkles.
