Enjoy a delicious winter dessert with these air fryer protein donuts. They’re easy to make and packed with protein.
Ingredients
- 1 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into donut molds.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use any protein powder you prefer.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
