Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Roll each triangle into a rope shape and twist two ropes together to form a donut.
  4. Place the donuts in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
