Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter


Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Drop batter in small rounds onto parchment paper in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 4-5 minutes, flip, and cook another 3-4 minutes until golden.
  7. Serve warm with syrup or toppings of your choice.
