Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Drop batter in small rounds onto parchment paper in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes, flip, and cook another 3-4 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm with syrup or toppings of your choice.
