Description
A quick and easy cake dessert made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased cake pan.
- Place pan in air fryer and cook for 20-25 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- For a richer taste, replace water with coffee.
- Top with powdered sugar or frosting if desired.
