Ingredients

  • 2 rainbow trout fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Pat the trout fillets dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
