Description
A quick and healthy breakfast or snack made in the air fryer. Crispy toast topped with raspberries and almonds for a sweet and nutty flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp sliced almonds
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
- Spread almond butter evenly on both slices of bread.
- Top with fresh raspberries and sliced almonds.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle cinnamon if desired.
- Place the toast in the air fryer basket and cook for 4-5 minutes until crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use any nut butter as a substitute for almond butter.
- For extra crunch, toast the almonds lightly before adding.
- Adjust honey quantity based on sweetness preference.
