Description

These air fryer raspberry oat bars are a quick and healthy treat. They combine sweet raspberry jam with a crunchy oat topping for a delicious snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Add melted butter and stir until the mixture is crumbly.
  4. Press half of the oat mixture into the bottom of an air fryer-safe pan.
  5. Spread raspberry jam evenly over the oat layer.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top.
  7. Air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool before cutting into bars.
