Description
These air fryer raspberry oat bars are a quick and healthy treat. They combine sweet raspberry jam with a crunchy oat topping for a delicious snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Add melted butter and stir until the mixture is crumbly.
- Press half of the oat mixture into the bottom of an air fryer-safe pan.
- Spread raspberry jam evenly over the oat layer.
- Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before cutting into bars.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
