Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Add rice, water, oil, and salt to a pot. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Spread cooked rice evenly in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes, stirring halfway.
